If you can't find anything else that helps, you could get a pill crusher from the pharmacy & mix it with pudding. It's what the nurses where I work do for the residents who cannot handle large pills or have difficulty swallowing.

Ha! Thanks Shirley --- Now I don't feel so old   The last DDT I was in was ALL girls in their early 20's --- sometimes I felt so out of touch with them. I'm glad we have a good mix here

Lol. After the gallons of water I drank last night, I feel much better now. Plus ds slept ALL night!   Good day over here.  

I stopped drinking mt dew when i found out i was pregnant and i miss it! it was my coffee lol now i try to drink ginger ale or sprite but only if my stomach is upset :/ most days i need a soda with caffine

I read a study that said pregnant women can have up to 3 8oz cups of coffee or the same in soda and it wouldn't harm the baby. I drink the same, ginger ale or sprite but will drink the occasional snapple tea.

i know i can have caffine its just that i used to drink alot of mt dew threw out the day and didnt want to stay in the habit of it, i could easily go threw a liter a day

I have energy today!! I actually felt good enough to clean my house and now I'm gonna put the laundry away. Hope I can keep this up cause I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired, lol.
Have an u/s tmrw, hope everything looks good and I can get another picture to share with you guys.

Ok, this is odd to ask, but I'll just put it out there ---- anyone else have burning or itching in their nipples or areola? The other night at work, it felt like someone had poured hot acid on them. It was uncomfortable against my bra. I was sitting under a blower in the breakroom & when I went back to my unit and started working again, it went away. So, I'm guessing it was from the cold air? Anyone else have this much sensitivity?

Mine never went away, this is baby #5 so I hope I don't get any new ones and I just fill out the old ones. Fingers crossed lmao.
