I had my us at 18w5d and my lo wouldn't let them see her face... She kept turning away from the thing. So I have to go for another one too... I don't think it's all that uncommon. Just stubborn babies.

Packed and ready to leave for VT tmrw. I can't believe my little guy is having surgery on wed, I'm soo nervous! Plus there's a weather warning until wed morning, I do not want to drive in a frickin blizzard! I hope it's just a fluke.

Got my 2nd screening later today followed by an ob appt. Yay for 16wks!

I ended up bursting into tears. I couldn't believe it was a girl! lmao! The U/S tech thought I was upset, I was just way too ecstatic.

Hahaha! I ALWAYS tear up... I was sOO surprised when they said girl too. But mostly from this group having all boys. lol.

Ugh I am gritting nervous about mine on Thursday...I hope its a girl lol...congrats the the girl for you!

The August group I am a part of on FB has 39 boys and 21 girls so far. Boys are overruling it! I went in thinking "Okay, I am going to see a penis." But I never saw one.. haha. I think that's why it hit me as such a shocker.

Hubby and I have finally decided how to announce gender on fb...we are going to lay down a mounds bar and almond joy on a piece of paper and circle he mounds for girl or almond joy for boy, because almond joys have nuts and mounds don't...buhahaha.

I'm PRAYING for a calm, mild mannered child, compared to my crazy, bouncing off the wall, hyper child   (And thanks for the congrats, I'm so pleased, I'm ready to start making bows and headbands for her, I hope she has hair!) I've been saying since conception that it was going to be a little Virgo girl who likes to curl up on the couch with her lovey and Jalyn's gonna be my psycho constantly going at 80mph
