BBT CHART QUESTION?

posted 13th Feb
Just wondering if its normal for your tempature to continue to climb after ovulation? I'll try and include the link to my bbt chart. Mind you this is my first month temping so I'm still new!

So the fact that the temp is continuing to rise is normal?

Yes! It's a great sign and that's how you know you've ovulated. It's a hormonal shift that takes place.
I suggest having them send you their email "course". It is SO helpful in learning what charting and the different phases of your cycle in regards to hormones.

PS to share your chart click home and the URL should end in letters/numbers, that's what we click to see your chart. If not there click the share (or sharing) tab it's under the get code link.

Yes. If you shared the link to your chart (one in OP doesn't work) I could check it out for you. You may experience a dip 7-10dpo which is normal then it will go back up. If it stays up until AF is due its a good sign. Dropping the day before, two days before and sometimes day of AF being due means she will most likely show.

You should invest in a BBT thermometer. They're reasonably priced and are more accurate. They measure out to the hundredth (.00).
But yes that's definitely normal post ovulation.

I do have a BBT thermometer. It's a glass one, and I heard it just needs to be to the tenth?
