Well im 32weeks and im already dilated to a 1 and he said i was "thinned out " im kinda worried im on bed rest but i wanted to hear from some of the other women who've had this problem and everything went fine.

You can be dilated to a 1 for weeks, wouldn't stress it too much! Just relax.

I was dilated to a 3 starting at 35 weeks and 90% effaced and had my babies at 39 weeks and 38 weeks and when i went in to have them i had not changed at all. I was that way with both my babies
