I am all prepared. I've bought TONS of clothes. Enough to last her through mid fall, bought her winter snow suit, car seat, double stroller (I have an 18 month old son), bath tub, bouncer seat, swing, crib set, using my sons basically brand new crib (he slept in it maybe 15 times, receiving blankets, bigger warmer blankets, lots of hair things (head bands, flowers, etc) little sandals, rags, towels, little toys, etc. I haven't bought any diapers as I am just gonna be having a DIAPER party instead of the typical baby shower due to the fact I have bought everything she'll need. I am getting sooooooo antsy & impatient. But I know she will be here before I know it my body is getting so sore, back & outter hips, also i have some sharp pains in my outter buttox area that go down my thigh a bit i assume its her sitting on a nerve. I feel like I am alwaaaays going pee & always hungry lol. how are you other may mommas coming along? What do you already have prepared? How ya feeling?

I can't wait for him to get here! We still have a lot to do before he arrives but we have basically everything we need. We just have to get the house ready.
But I have my boobs, lots of cloth diapers and my bed so were good! Lol
My sciatic pain is getting pretty unbarable too.

I'm due May 27th and I am nowhere near prepared. I am trying to get ready but I am a full time student and have 3 little boys so I never even have time to breathe. I wasn't having a baby shower since this is baby #4 but my mom lives in an assisted living place and all her friends there are so excited because I'm having my first girl so they are throwing me a shower in April. I've never heard of a diaper party, that sounds like a neat idea! I'm a couple weeks behind you but we are on that homestretch ladies!

Why do you need a snow suit in may? They can't wear them in the car seat anyway.

Lol im sure she knows that. I assume it's the right size to fit baby come winter next year.
And they can't wear them in the carseats but they can wear them outside while you take your older children outside.

Um a snow suit is a winter jacket. But as you would know when they're baby babies they usually are full bodied snow suits/jackets.. And yes they're car seat friendly. And number 2 it's going to fit her during the winter 6-9 months. This is my 2nd child I believe I know what I am doing & what I am purchasing THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I also live in MINNESOTA where it's more cold than it is warm. We have about 5 months total of warm weather & the rest are cold.. At least for children.

No need to get snippy. I live in Wisconsin, I know about cold. Also had a winter baby. A lot of people I know don't know that earing a snow suit or winter jacket in the car seat is not safe. If its not fleece its unsafe.

I am feeling so anxious lately it's a shame. I pretty much have everything that I need, but me and my fiancee can't decide on a stroller so that remains on the list. Putting together the crib was brutal, but I am so glad I got it done now, cuz I definitely couldn't see myself doing that at 8 months pregnant. I haven't had a babyshower with either of my children and I didn't really see a need for one this time around either, I much rather just go and buy the things I prefer. Everyone else seems to think that May is right around the corner, but I don't feel that it's going fast enough. There are many days I feel very tired and sluggish, and it seems like i'm eating all the time. I'm just glad that it's almost over and I get to meet my little prince......

We don't have much yet, but this is #3 so I know in the end it'll all fall into place. Had a surprise mini-shower yesterday and got some NB diapers and the crib (will be delivered in the next 2 weeks), just need a mattress and if we've gotten DD a twin bed, we won't need a new toddler mattress. Travel system is still at my mom's but I didn't want to bring it here until closer to my EDD because we just don't have space to store it and I don't want it getting all nasty before he gets here
