lol... I could careless about her, she thought doing all that was going to show she was loyal and was down for him, i have no respect for her, she dosnt even have her own kids, smurfed up part is i knew i would get my son back, he dosnt care about her so i sat back and watched, and sure enough david didnt let me down...

Im 27 we met when we were 13ish, she really thought she was going to change him... my exs dad has kids younger than his grandson, with some chick who looks better than me, lol left his wife who he was with since he was 13, to openly be with his new family...

She calls non stop when she knows hes here... He will answer the phone and let her listen to whatever till she hangs up lol... It sucks but karmas a big ole bitch...

Uh, yeah.. even if you have kids together, he should be able to pick them up and spend time with them, him going to your house could cause other serious issues, and depending on how crazy his girlfriend is.. it could cause issues for you as well..

ETA: I'm not having sex with him though, he's a cheater hence the ex husband part. I could never help inflict that pain on another person.

Yeah, I saw that and changed my response lol but yeah, I still think you should allow him to pick the kids up if that's an option..

I have no legal choice but to let him come here until our divorce is finalized. This is our marital house and he can come and go as he pleases.

We were never married, I've moved 3 times since we broke up... he still walks in like its my moms house, and were still in highschool...   lol... he does ask where he can sit down, I have like a lounge area in my bedroom, so I'm usually there, he'll ask to sit down on my sofas or if were in my sons room like getting his clothes he just automatically sits on his bed, or at his desk...
