The reason I'm asking is because I've asking him NUMEROUS times, if she minds that he comes here. And he insists she doesn't.. Which makes me believe he doesn't tell her, because frankly, I would be livid if I were her.

I'm just making sure I'm not crazy for thinking it's a little odd that she wouldn't care.

Yeah it would but if he's going just to see the kids I guess it would be alright. Assuming he keeps up with his visitation/custody schedule.

Was the house not awarded to you in the divorce, or are you still just separated??
usually that stuff is outlined and he should have no right to just barge in.

I've thought about it, but honestly, it's not my place and I doubt she would believe me regardless. Seeing as how I am the "ex" wife and all.

I tried to tell her when I first found out about her, that we were having sex up until he told me on Thanksgiving he wanted a divorce... He denied it and she believed him. I can't see this being any different.

Our separation agreement, which will turn into our divorce decree, is being written up next week. Until then, I'm stuck in limbo here. I can't even legally change the locks.

We have 2 kids, only 1 is here between his lunch ( our oldest is 8 ).

And I mean he can claim it's a visit but it's not really. He sits on the couch, I go about cleaning or whatever, or we stand in the kitchen and talk. Up until maybe a week ago he still asked me to make him lunch... Which I refuse to do...

Sounds like he wants the milk without buying the cow if you KWIM. She probably doesn't care because her lazy ass doesn't have to make him lunch.

I can't stop him if he's training over here, he always stops by, we do have 1 kid together...

I think he does it to piss her off, I think its funny... dosnt bother me at all... that's why I'm not with him... he'll never be with just 1 chick, and she's dumb to stay with him...

He got my portrait *AFTER* we broke up, and *WHILE* they were together... Shes dumb lol

I'm assuming your house is close to his work. Was this his normal routine before separation, coming home for lunch? He might still be adjusting to the whole thing. And well, asking for lunch is probably a force of habit.
