Lets talk about Menstrual Cramps, baby! ;)

I'm just curios. I know that not every women gets them and some only get them very now and then. I am one of the lucky gals that get them every dang time. Mine are painful enough that they keep me awake, interfere with my work, and sometimes make me spend whole days on couch. I also cramp in my back and pelvic region. Does anyone else cramp in their backs? It only start a few years ago for me.

I cramp in the back and everywhere else 10 days before I start (like the whole 10 days) then I only have mine for 3 days max. And I get mine really weird like, one month I will start on the 4th and then start agin on the 20th, then the next month on the 15 then the next on the 1st. Always been like that since I was 9 and started mine.

But the pain knocks me on my ass, cause its always here, for at least 12 days staright every month or how it plays out sometimes a whole month of it. ugh.

Yep. Mine have always been severe. In High School I used to stay home in bed the first day of every period. I wouldn't be able to move, it was so bad.

I used to get the worst cramps in my back! I hated it!! Then I got pregnant with DS, and afterwards I got on the patch. My periods were lighter and I cramped less, but then after about 9 months the BC stopped wroking for me, and I bled for over a month straight with horrible cramps, switched to the pill, ended up pregnant again, and here I am lol. After this baby I want to get on Paragard which is known for making cramping and bleeding worse, so wish me luck

That's why I use the pill. It's a pain in the ass to remember but my periods were SO much more pleasant.

Yessh, A month straight? Good Lord. I thought birth control was suppose to help with cramps?   I hope paragard is better to you!

My calfs cramp up, lol its weird.

Yea, That gave me birth control in high school for the cramps. The birth control turn me into a crazy person 24/7 and gave me heart burn, LOL, I just deal with the cramps once a month.

I have ALWAYS had horrible cramps every damn period!! I even get like chills sometimes or dizzy. I literally cannot walk very much without holding onto something the first day, then they ease up a teeny bit. Not looking forward to the next few years of hopefully not getting pregnant lol

I do the same! Right now I am not currently working, but last school year when I was teaching I wanted to scream and cry every time. I would literally just have to stop and stand for a few minutes as I clutched my student's desks.

Wow, Didn't know that made something just for cramps! Pamperin works pretty well for me, but not long enough sometimes.
