Bruising - cause for concern?

I bruise really easily. I have bruises over a large part of my legs, some on my arms. I dont even remember things happening to give me them...

Is there anything to be worried about when this is an issue? Or is it just normal & nothing to worry about?

Low iron can cause easy bruising.

Have you always bruised easily? Or is this something new?

Not really that I can remember....Probably within the last year or so...
Everytime they test my iron it seems high..or right where they want it

I have fairly good iron as well and bruise easily, but I'm extremely light skinned so I wonder if bruising just shows easier on me?


I mean it could be nothing, or it could be something serious, it's one of those types of symptoms.  . I may bring it up to my Dr next time I went.

I'm the same way, I would have hideous bruises and no idea where they came from. I was always told it was nothing to be concerned about, but I would still mention it to your regular doctor.

I'm borderline anemic when I'm not pregnant & anemic when I am pregnant. I bruise really easily & that is what it is attributed to. Idk what else... I think it's another deficiency (Vit B maybe?).
