Just so you know, the absolute most common reason for a single loss is a random chromosomal abnormality in either the egg or sperm. Although there are some things that can impact the risk of loss slightly, it is pretty improbable that ANYTHING you did had any effect on that hun. For real. I am sure you are going to do fine. Hang in there & know that once you see a HB on u/s your risk of loss drops to less than 5% & after 12 weeks it is even lower. I am sure you'll do great.
