bouncing on a ball?

Is there another way I could get the same results without the ball. I don't have one. but I can't do squats anymore lol my legs are gonna snap at the hips.

I can't think of anything that would replace a ball, but I've done squats while holding onto a counter, it seems to help take some of the pressure off and makes them a little easier, plus it adds in a little bit of an arm workout as my arms take some of my weight instead of it all being supported by my legs.

Thanks. I do kneeling squats, and those are great but they cut off a lot of circulation to my feet, and I always end up a balloon after 5-10 minutes.

girl run to walmart! They are like $10...but honestly its done nothing for me haha, except take the pressure off my hips and back. But I'm still not progressing

Lol We're broke somehow Luckily he gets paid on Fri. But I guess we splurged the entire 500 dollar pay check in like 2-3 days. LOL. last minute baby stuff and a free pay check doesn't last long in my book   I'll pick one up on Fri. But I was hoping to go by then  !
