Found my goal

I found a pair of my jeans from right after I got out of boot camp yesterday. I now have my goal. I WILL fit back into those jeans. I tried to put them on just to see how they fit now and I can only get them half way up my thieghs lol..... But thats my goal. Now for my question. How long is a reasonable time frame to set for a total weight loss goal of 60 lbs?

A year.

I'd say a good 9 months to a year to really get what you're looking for!

I think healthy weight loss is supposed to be like 2-3lbs a week? First few weeks might be more though and then your body would even out some./..

That sounds like about what I was thinking.... Im worried my hips are too wide now that I might not fit back in lol but thats fine if thats the reason. As long as its not that Im too fat.
