pregnancy during separation?

Has anyone had an accidental pregnancy after leaving their husband, before the divorce was final? I'm on birth control, so im not pregnant, it just kinda got me thinking about what if it happened lol

She was separated, getting her divorce started and got pregnant. It is a GIANT mess and I would recommend avoiding it at all costs

Lol good plan! I feel so bad for her..but it is such a mess. Her soon to be ex was an abusive douche waffle and she found someone (he is awesome) and got pregnant...well new guy is technically NOT the dad because she was married at the time of conception (as well as birth etc) and she has to take BOTH of them to get DNA tests so that her new guy can even put his name on the birth certificate and TECHNICALLY her soon to be ex can take the baby and there would be nothing she could do because the baby is his child by law

Dang! Well our divorce should be final in May because we are just gonna go by the date we separated the first time. So im not too worried, but i doubt itll happen since i take birth control faithfully.

Anyways, i thought that the husband could sign a paper at the hospital saying the baby isn't his or something?
