here in Idaho it only takes no longer than 30 days with no children

My divorce took 30 days and we have two kids together. Just depends on the state and if anything is contested.

I know someone with a kid and they divorced in 2 weeks by mail

It only took mine 3 months even when I had children

I *believe* that there is a paper, but this guy didn't even know she was pregnant because he is a very spiteful and abusive man and she didn't want him to do anything to her or baby I have no idea what she is going to do now though
