Is it odd?

I don't wear a wedding set. I just...don't. I own one but meh. I just don't really like wedding sets. I'm weird.

But I really want a mother ring. Would it be weird to wear that as a wedding band?

I don't think so! Me and DH don't wear rings, because...well...we both lost ours.

DH doesn't even have a ring. We don't care and he prefers not to wear one and can't wear one at work anyway.

Well I would imagine that your husband got it for you? I find it weird that you wouldn't want to wear something that meant a lot. I would feel as if SO would be hurt if I didn't wear it (if he ever got me one lol).

I have an adam and eve ring. its got my kdis bday stones, our wedding day stone and mine and Dh stones. and names. i wear it as one.

Nope. I paid for our rings so I gave them to myself.

DH and I dont have wedding bands and said we wont get one until we have a actual wedding. I'm fine with not having one; we could spend the money on something else.

I don't think it's odd. Sometimes I wear my ring sometimes I don't I see a lot of people wearing rings that aren't your typical wedding bands. At the end of the day it's your hand and your ring.

We don't even know why we got married really. It seemed like the next logical step.   It's not that our marriage is bad or anything but we basically decided one day that we should get married.

I've been married 5 years and I haven't worn mine for most of that time. I have a set but I gained weight after getting married.. and I'm too embarrassed to go have it resized, so.. I do plan to lose weight.. some day lol.. but.. at the moment.. everyone knows I'm married and.. my husband understands how I feel about resizing it. plus He plans to buy me a ring that is more beautiful and a tid bit more expensive since when we got married we were just poor college students

Mine is too big, so I don't wear mine. I don't think it's odd.

It worked for us. We've been married since late 2004.
