Is it normal for semen to drip outta you?

So I did it. I stayed on top for a split second longer and he came in me. I was upset of course and he said that because his penis was only half way in that I wouldn't get pregnant. So I stood up off of him and most of it dripped down my thigh. Does this reduce my chances because right now I'm scared out of my mind for what I did a few hours ago.

If you don't want to get pregnant, you need to protect yourself. Condoms AND birth control. Your sexual is YOUR responsibility.

Its normal. It does NOT mean you won't get pregnant. If you don't want to get pregnant, get on BC or use condoms. A guy releases thousands of sperm in one ejaculation. So in that maybe tbsp-2tbsp worth of fluid, he's got tons of sperm. Think about it. if you got only a 1/4 of what he released.... there's still lots of sperm in there.
