How to get rid of bloat?

I'm so bloated and it's pissing me off.  

I just started BC 8 days ago. I'm assuming it's from that, although I just ended my period a few days ago also. Any tricks to get it to go the smurf away?

Also, if you're birth control caused bloating, how long did that last? Did your body eventually adjust to it, or did you always look like a puffer fish?

How to get rid of Bloating Naturally?
• Drinking herbal teas like chamomile tea, peppermint tea, ginger tea, fennel tea, basil tea or other such teas serves as one of the simplest natural home remedies for bloating natural treatment.
