What do guys wear at the gym?

I want to get my DH some work out clothes. I have a family membership to our gym but he has yet to use it. He said one day he would like to go with me and look around. That was 3 weeks ago, lol. I wonder if part of it is he doesn't have anything to wear. Are sweat pants better than gym shorts? I think he'd be more comfortable in sweat pants. I would think he could wear any of his 1000 t-shirts too, lol but I would like a matching outfit. Where does your man shop for gym clothes? I'll probably go to Gordman's for cheapies!

ive seen some guys in light sweat pants and either a tank or shirt, ive also seen some in shorts. itll just dependon what hes comfortable in that day

My dh always wears like basketball shorts and a T shirt.

shorts and a tee. just whatever. i dont know many men that are picky and need to be matchy match to go get all nasty and smelly.

I was just thinking that, lol. I like to match but I'm sure he would probably prefer NOT to match, haha. I think I'll just get him a new pair of sweat pants and maybe a pair of shorts. Maybe a new pair of shoes too but I hate to spend a bunch of money if he ends up not going.
