Stroller

posted 13th Feb
This is going to be a post and run.

When my son was about 2 months old our brand new jogging stroller was stolen off our porch. I didn't have the money for a good new one so I got a used one. Now that income tax is coming I was thinking of using a portion of it to a good stroller again. Actually the same exact one that was stolen.

The thing is, my baby is now a year old and will be walking any second. What are the chances that I will actually use the stroller as much as I did last year?

It's the baby trend expedition jogging stroller and it's going for $109 at walmart.com.

Thanks in advance.

I used the hell out of a stroller until my kids were 3
So I think you will still get some solid use out of it, walking or not there little legs get tired and they LOVE going for a ride. I mean smurf, if I could fit in one I would love to be pushed around sometimes hahaha.

This is what I thought! Spring is coming fast and we will be going to amusement parks and the zoo. Jogging stroller are bad ass on the sand at the beach. And it will motivate me to get out and run!

My SO is the one who made me doubt it lol.

I mean even now we have a wagon, kids have little legs they get tired and sometimes they just hate walking lol
I want to get a jogging stroller for this new baby, everyone I know says they are so much better than normal strollers. I found travel systems that even come with one!

*Watching*

I've been looking at the Baby Trend one at WalMart too. I've been calling all the resale shops around here but nobody has one. Compared to some of the prices I've seen new AND used, $109 is not bad. I'm seriously thinking about going and getting it today.

For the short time I had it I LOVED it! It rode so smooth. Has built in speakers for music. The wheel locked when you wanted to run and even came with a tether or whatever you want to call it so the stroller could get away from you. It was just great. My heart broke when some smurf stole it right off my porch. I would recommend it to anybody.

Until they have the ability to walk around an entire amusement park without getting tired, and also doing it safely you have a need for a stroller. My daughter is 3.5 and I'm due in July, we currently still use our jogger stroller and our umbrella stroller(for shopping) and I'm planning on buying a sit and stand to accommodate both because she still can't walk that long when we go places, or shopping -don't even try it without a stroller with a 3 yr old that wants everything she sees, lol.
And safety wise, with a stroller you don't worry about them getting away from you, or some lunatic easily snatching them away from you before you can respond. The summer my daughter was a year old was the best for the jogger, she loved going on walk and runs with me and we would always stop at the park, by the time we strolled back home she was either ready for nap or already asleep
