Rent a center

It sucks but it looks like it is my only option to get a new mattress right now. Yes, I know it is a ripoff and I will end up paying double but I don't think I can wait.

Has anyone here used them? Are they good? Anything I should know about?

I've used them. They are a big ripoff, but in some situations, if it's what you have to do, that's what you have to do. You basically go in and fill out an application and you put a week, or month, or however you want to pay, down. They deliver your stuff and you owe that amount every week or 2 weeks or month til it's paid in full. They will work with you, for the most part if you don't have the money on the due date, they'll give you some time to collect it. They're not completely horrible, it's just the overpriced stuff and interest that sucks.

I prefer Aaron's over RAC. they are way more flexible with you and tend to have better customer service. I've used both but I now use Aaron's more (we move around a lot and lugging furniture with us would be too much.)

  I'd definitely choose Aaron's over RAC.
