Probably irritation from the sex.

I am not sure why that would be embarrassing. All sorts of stuff happen PP & otherwise. I wouldn't worry if you are not continuing to bleed & if you feel okay.

I feel fine.... Felt fine the entire time last night. Never felt any pain

If it doesn't continue & you feel fine, no worries. if you feel flu like or sick, have fever or pain, then I'd call the Dr. Otherwise, I'd give it a few days to try not to re-irritate whatever that was & then take it from there. You can get vaginal pullups during & after pregnancy & that is likely something like that or something equally benign.
