rashes really itchy skin

Ok my arms and upper legs have been itching for awhile and i try taking warm bath or show everyother day and sometimes without soap and then i have been putting aveeno non perfume lotion on and still been feeling itchy I don't know what else i should do. i also do work in a cold building and then come home to a nice comfy warm house i don't know if that is what it is or what but i'm 29weeks first time being pregnant
