The Doctor said what she thought it was after been looking from a "toilet-perspective". haha
What can you tell ?

Well, its not 100% accurate of course..but studies show boys have rounder skulls, and girls have more oval shaped skulls.

Yeah. I've had a few of my own and seen hundreds others LOL. There's no visible sex organs in that photo.
