Some STDs can take up to a year to show up even in your blood stream. I'd get tested again... it could just simply be the shape of your vagina or scar tissue
.. I know I have a few hard spots now that I've given birth. lol

They don't normally do hpv tests unless you have a visable wart or during a pap smear, even if u ask for a std check

Hopefully it is nothing. Your vagina changes after having a baby. It could be a skin tag or scar tissue
