Toasted sesame salmon nuggets!

These came out AMAZING! Cara ate TEN of them! This is by far the best way to get this kid to eat protein. Probably the best thing I ever had made, they were sooo good  
Oh and please excuse my lazy attempt at a vegetable, hah. Cup of avocado. Oh well!

A fellow RD, her name is Michelle Dudash, just came out with a cookbook called "Clean eating for busy families". She gave me a copy and this was the first thing I made. It was easy and it seriously is the most delicious thing I've ever had. I usually suck at making "coated" items or whatever, but holy crap! Yum!

Lol butter. I get my son to eat almost anything with a meaty texture if I tell him it's chicken
