reaction to cortisone shot

I had a cortisone shot yesterday and ever since I've been so hot tonthe point I start sweating. I have awful pain in my knee where its going up my thigh. Does it sound normal or a reaction. Idk how long it takes for the cortisone shot starts to work but my knee is in such pain

Its still painful. It didnt give me any relief. Whenni sit down im now fetting pain up my thigh into my hip. Im wondering if he hit a nerve while injecting. Im still so hot I feel like im having hot flashes
