You can, but it won't do anything. Hospitals get so many of them, you will probably get a generic letter in the mail.

Souds like she didn't do her job, and I would absolutely deal with her supervisors in person if possible.

It is. We had a similar problem and the letter we got in the mail after our complaint was like a slap in the face.

I would file some kind of a complaint. One may not do anything, but a bunch might. If she regularly blows off her job that way, her boss needs to know so it can be addressed.

Yea I'm calling back our local hospital tomorrow to file the complaint about them trying to send my 2 yr old home when she was still having issues breathing.

I KNOW she knows she messed up. She was so rude to me last week. Telling me- they always deny it- UGH DUH when you don't fill out the proper paperwork.

nooo I made them transfer her to Children's hospital. Well actually my mom did because they wouldn't listen to me. They wanted to send her home doing breathing treatments every 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hours which is considered respiratory distress with how her breathing was.

That's good you and your mom were able to get her transferred. Is she doing better now?

Yeap.   Diagnosed with Asthma and doing breathing treatments every 6 hrs as maintenance and yeap. She is back to her old self.   I hope you guys get everything figured out!
