They dont CNN has their banner saying its him but Nancy Grace just asked how long until they will have confirmation that its him. WTF

I noticed that too in the article i was reading, it was saying that they showed the choppers flying over the cabin but there was no effort to contain the flames. I find that very odd.

They could have shot him instead of burning him alive. The cops started the fire with the tear gas and made no attempt to put it out.

They should have waited. I guess they had no intentions of arresting him. They wanted him dead. Police scanners archives clearly capture police saying "burn that smurfing house down".
