Okay so.... final show of hands. Which car seat?

I made a post a few weeks ago asking for people's recommendations on convertible to booster seats because I am buying one with our income tax. Well, income tax is pending and goes through at midnight tonight so, which of these 2 do you prefer? And even better, if you've used both of them, please tell me which one you liked better of the 2. Thanks!!!

These are the 2 I am trying to decide between:

The second one, definitely, no second thought.
That's what I would say.

Depends on how long u want to harness really. That's the big difference. We just got a frontier so I haven't tried it yet (still sitting in my kitchen cause I hurt myself while cleaning the car out to get it put in  ). But I also have a nautilus. Frontier is highly recommended by many people. And harnessing is very important to me.

I chose the Graco. We've never had that one but I've heard nothing but good things about it and it looks like an awesome seat.

I was struggling between those too as well. I went with the frontier. I took my son to BRU to fit him in each seat and the frontier will last us longer and it looks like a great seat. I'm super excited.

So we actually have both..

They're pretty much equally good. I love the print of our Britax - it's the cowmooflage, super cute. Britax is softer and my 5 year can actually strap herself in (before anyone flies off the wall at me, I always check to make sure she got everything right, and fix if need be, she has a problem with fine motor skills and needs all the practice she can get).

The Graco is not as padded, I believe it's a bit heavier than the Britax.. and sometimes the clicker thing is hard to click closed.

If I had to pick one, I'd vote the Britax

Frontier is more padded? Now I wanna go open it and feel it

Awesome!! Glad someone has both that could give me some feedback. Also, would it depend on his height which one would be best?? He is 38 months and 39 inches right now which from what they told me is on the taller side for his age.

Oh, another huge thing that swayed my choice was my son actually opened the crotch thing on the graco. Idk if it was because it was a model or what but it scared me.

That would definitely scare me too, but thankfully my son has never shown interest in his buckle and has never tried to unlatch himself. So I am hoping and pretty sure I won't have to worry about that in the future.

Ya know, it just feels all soft and stuff, but like I said, we got the cow print one.. I'm not sure if it's any different than the others.. it's like all velvety and such

The Graco is synthetic.. and the material is uhm.. something like leggings, and DD actually used to get heat rashes in summer if we was in shorts, no such problem with the Britax, better quality material I'd say

I haven't even cleaned it yet.. but it looks like it would be, because when it had a few stains on it they came out pretty quickly

He never had before (or after) either. So Idk but it was really easy for him to push it down (it was the kind you push down, not in. If that makes sense)
