lower abdominal pain

woke up today and all day been having the worst lower stomach pains ever when i move around. even when i sit down its really bad pain and pressure. im only 32 thursday and im hoping there isnt anything wrong. the baby is moving around fine kicking like crazy, just these pains are really bad when i move around ugh
