My poor boo boo went to the ER and tested positive for the flu. He's 17 months and just miserable! Any mommas had a child to battle the flu this winter? How long until they start to feel better? Today was day 1. I feel like a smurf mom because I refuses to give him the flu vaccine...
i didn't get mine the vaccine either.
kids get sick. it's life. it helps build up their immune systems.

Poor bubs! I hope he feels better. When I had the flu in college it took me smurfing 2 weeks to get better. I am convinced I was the first to get swine flu lol. It sucks!
Just so you know, the flu vaccine hasn't been proven effective, and vaccinated children who do get sick are three times more likely to be hospitalized than unvaccinated ones. So no guilt, mama! Give him lots of vitamin d and c, both proven immune boosters. Hope he gets better quickly!
