announcing on FB

All my friends are announcing there sept oct babies on fb!!! I want to too but im going to wait till 13-20 weeks like I did with Ava so much can happen this early on but I want to tell my friends im expecting too. Its making me so excited!!! We all graduated together and were all having babies together!!!

Ok I had to post about it to get it out of my system I have a ways to go before anything gets said on FB.

I honestly get kind of irritated when people announce it so early, as most of my friends have had miscarriages and I would hate to see anyone have to tell people they lost their LO's. Its very upsetting for me to see that happen to people as a couple of them have had to go back on their facebook to tell people they lost the baby. I feel its smart to wait. I wish I would've waited another week before I announced it to people, but it happens. I just don't want to see someone so hurt again, it breaks my heart.

I told close friends weeks before I announced it to the world, which its nice to have some confidants when you don't have a ton of people to talk to about it. But its everyone's choice, I just know I hate seeing the heartbreak and feeling a little of my own.

Ik   we told everyone about our 1st right when thest came back and lost it a week later   I bite my tounge when I see other people post so early. :/ I think I was 14 weeks with ava and im thinking of waiting till april to announce this one. As long as the ultrasound goes well.

I didn't announce my pregnancy on Facebook until I was around 16 weeks. All of of friends who are due in late September are announcing their pregnancy too. I'm waiting until I'm over 12 weeks to announce because I have low progesterone.

I'm rather blunt and told one of my friends to be careful and take very good care of herself, she had a miscarriage I think it was last year and announced her pregnancy when she was I want to say 4 or 5 weeks pregnant? I told her I would have never said it so early because of the risks. Its very hard to hold in, but by 14-15 weeks people that didn't know were asking me questions anyway. I think its smart when people wait to tell the majority of people, as long as they have someone there that is able to be a shoulder to lean on if something does happen. Those close friends can help out so much.

How far along are you now?

Wont know till the ultrasound I didnt get a bfp until cycle day 50 I think so im not 6 weeks like I should be I have an ultrasound for the 25th of this month I already did blood work and my levels are rising.

I wont know until my ultrasound on the 25th he thinks I was 4 weeks 2 weeks ago so I may be 6 weeks now. My cycles are never regular.

I have the most abnormal cycles that I almost called a BS on the ER doctor that told me I was pregnant since I was only a day or so late when I found out. I've been late on all my periods 75% of the time. Its very frustrating when they're screwy.

Very   I was still nursing and quit bc in nov so I had no idea only 1 period since I quit then I got pregnant

And its only been a week not 2 weeks my mind is in the guttee

Ive had 4 kids and no miscarriages. I lost my baby right after birth though. I already announced on my fb and im due in October I hope I don't have a miscarriage!!

Don't stress yourself out, focus on keeping yourself healthy. Stress isn't good for either of you. Keep positive as much as you can (I can't say I've been the most positive person during this pregnancy but I try).  

yea its hard though.. my baby was born at 38 weeks and was completely healthy and then died a few days later from SIDS, they never found anything that caused her death even after 2 months. Im terrified of having a miscarriage now even though Ive never had one!

It must be hard, I haven't had to deal with it as I'm pregnant with my first. I can't imagine how hard it must be. I have panicked quite a bit since I found out I was pregnant since I've got some unresolved health issues and a family history of having issues conceiving and carrying. I've had a couple scares but my daughters still going strong. I'm not very good at helping people with loss of their children, but I try. I just personally believe I can't understand since I'm not your nor have I been through the situation.

Sometimes I just want to thump for people telling me to be positive, but its really the best thing you can do for yourself and the baby. Take care of yourself and I hope you have some sort of confidant so you can vent or anything you need.

Tell.me.about it!! I will be announcing after my 12 weeks scan (its our first one here in the uk) so we know baby is ok and we're out of the risky period, However I will probably hold.it.off facebook as I will tell all my.family firsta nd it can be hard to contact then.sometimes. Ive had 2 mc and would.never ever think about telling before then!! I had a friend who announced at 6 weeks and it feels like shes been pregnant forever now x
