re: announcing on FB

It's very tempting to do.. until you see one of those friends who did that have a miscarriage and feel terrible for them having that announced to the world too! I mean I don't believe you should keep a miscarriage to yourself... you certainly need support then, but to have it out there for all your FB friends when you are still processing everything would make it so much worse I think.
I waited until 18-20 weeks I think. It was so hard but I was having twins and knew it was a risky pregnancy so it was what I felt most comfortable doing. I still told my close friends and family in person before then though.

I announced my last pregnancy at like 5 weeks. He's clinging to my leg and babbling right now. Could be luck I suppose. But idk how I would have announced a miscarriage. I haven't announced or mentioned this pregnancy at all though and I'm 34 weeks.
