pregnancy anxiety

. My very first pregnancy, (about 7 years ago) I had a miscarriage and it has totally scarred me. I had a healthy baby girl in 2011, but I still feel so nervous for this pregnancy! I am about 5 weeks now and still have to wait until next Friday for my first OB appointment. What can I do to alleviate some of this stress?

You will worry the entire pregnancy. I was panicking the whole time until LO was in my arms.

you are probably right. I was like this when I was pregnant with my daughter, and I would see the OB every two weeks because they didn't want me to feel so anxious.

I mcd with my.first 2 pregnancies. I had a lb in 2011   I am now almost 10 weeks and wont see my baby for another 2 weeks, I found out at 3 and a half weeks and have been soooo worried 8 and a half weeks is wayyyy to.long to wait lol! You will be fine mumma the only way I have been able to stop stressing is to take each day as it comes xx
