holy mother of PMS

since having DD2 my periods are pretty irregular which i'm assuming is normal while breastfeeding. BUT WOW even though they come whenever they please I can still tell you exactly when it's going to start just by how effing bitchy and irritable and awful I am to everyone a day or to before. it's brutal.
 
anybody else experience this? what can I do?

My periods come whenever they please too and it's so weird I don't PMS no cramps or anything so it's really a surprise when it comes and I hate it.. But I'm not breast feeding.

i never ever used to pms. i didnt even kno what cramps felt like but after this last pregnancy I get crazy pms symptoms

After my pregnancy my periods are really irregular and I hate it because I'll think I'm pregnant because they're so late then I end up getting it
