My friends son is allergic to amoxicillin and it looked just like that

I hope it's just an allergic reaction. I'll update tomorrow after we see the doc, it did start itching him more before he went to bed.

It looks just like an allergic reaction but that being said I would personally just want it confirmed to prevent it from being worse and knowing for next time
