I had a friend who got it in the beginning of her second trimester... You could always call and ask your doctor. Maybe it could be a food allergy?

I have them at the moment, under where my breast lay on my stomach .I've considered this one a heat rash.

But I got PUPPs, in my second trimester with my son, with a HORRIFIC rash under one breast, rash on my face, and on my stomach.

I had pupps in my second trimester. I was diagnosed at 24ish weeks. I had it earlier than that. As soon as I got my first stretchmarks. It could be a lot of things though like allergies or something else. You should ask your ob/midwife about it and they may draw blood to rule out other things. Good luck!

It's so weird that you got it on your face! I had it EVERYWHERE besides my face and hands... So mine followed all of the rules besides going away with birth. lol... :/ I had it until 6 months pp...

Try some baby powder or cortozone cream. Thats the only things that helped me.

it could be a yeast infection if it's under your boobs. or a number of things. maybe see if you can get in earlier than next week?

That looks like what I presently have. That looks like more of a heat rash.

What I had, was actually on the bottom of my breast and looked like I poked my boob with a pin 4million times. It literally covered the entire bottom of my breast.
