Sounds like my 23 week old today :/ She's been spitting up more than usual too (ebf) I'm going with either an on-coming cold or teething. She's definitely not herself today

Sounds like he could be teething. What does the spot look like? (Bc while it could be a tooth coming in, you'd more likely be able to feel it if its coming through.)

Its just a small white spot under his gum. His poop is runnier than usual too.

That's pretty normal when they are teething. Especially if they are breast fed.

could be.. dd was miserable on and off for a month before she cut her first tooth when she was 5 months... i never could see any white bumps or feel anything until it cut. i even checked her the night before with my finger then the next morning BAM tooth lol
