Aisling Colette

It's been forever since I've been on here, but life's been insane over the last while. That insanity includes an announcement that I'm stoked to make, which is that we welcomed our third little girl into the world last week. February 6th, to be exact.

Aisling Colette was born at 3:14 in the afternoon, and weighed in at 9 pounds and 2 ounces. She's amazing...totally amazing. She had a bit of jaundice early on, but other than that is totally healthy.

And I'm totally exhausted. As usual...but it's been a good exhausted! How's everybody else doing?  

Congrats on your new addition! Aisling and Colette are the names that I keep trying to convice my husband to agree to!!

It's nice...she's sleeping, and the rest of my brood is at Grandma's. I'm actually feeling relaxed for the first time in two weeks.

I've known a couple people who was named Aisling. Different pronounciations. So how do y'all pronounce your precious Aisling?

We pronounce it Ash-ling, although a couple people have pronounced it Ais-ling already. We had looked it up and saw that it could be pronounced either way, but that the traditional Irish name is pronounced Ash-ling, so that's what we went with!
