if you bled during pregnancy

Did you go straight to the doctors?
I wiped and there was a little blood but not much and when i wiped again there was none. I feel crampy but not too bad.
Just curious what others would do. It was also not bright red it was a light pink mixed with mucous.

light pink with mucos sounds like bloody show to me. Spotting is nothing to be concerned about its when you have heavy bleeding. Have you had sex recently or a cervical check? How far along are you.

was it tinged pink and looked like snot? If so it could have been your mucos plug. I lost mine at 31 weeks and ill be 37 weeks this friday.

When I was about 8 weeks along with my first pregnancy I started just barely spotting but not enough to soil my under garments. After about a week it started getting a little heavier with cramping until I was passing big clots the size of my palm and having cramps to where they had me kneeling down in pain. I went to the ER and was told I had a miscarriage, so yes check with your dr!

I personally wouldn't go in for that. I don't consider that "bleeding"
when I went in it was because I had heavy bleeding. if you start having painful cramping though you might want to go in.

Call the dr. Usually after the first trimester it's better to call the dr. If it was bloody show a lot of people go into labor soon after (not all) but you would need checked for preterm labor. Good luck.

I bled my whole first trimester. I called and they had me come in for bloodwork and an ultrasound the next day. They couldn't find a cause for the bleeding but gave me a list of things to look for and come in immediately for. Like more blood or cramping and bleeding.

Im 27 weeks. I might go in if I see anymore but it was a veey small amount. I had sex last night but we have sex fairly often so nothing new there and i had a cervical check about 3 days ago because i was in alot of pain.

I have fairly painful cramps right now but thinking its just gas lol. Ive let a few big ones rip haha. I felt her moving before I got out of bed too so Im not worried.

Make sure to keep an eye on things and if you have contractions time them. I would mention it to your doctor next time because it does sound more like bloody show rather than just spotting.

Well i have an appointment next thursday after my glucose test so ill tell them then.

If anything feels off though never hesitate to call your doctor or to to the hospital.

About a year ago I was about 16 weeks pregnant and I started having slight cramps that felt like a period, then came a slight spotting a few days later. Then all of a sudden the cramps got really intense and the bleeding got heavier. Finally when I got to the hospital I started having blood clots in the bleeding and they told me I was miscarrying! So if I were you I'd go to the doc or hospital. But honestly until your twenty weeks there isnt anything a doctor can do for you.

Oh ok well the doctor told me 20 weeks and over there is something they can do to keep you from going into preterm labor. So I would definitly call your doc asap!
