help?

ok i know this sounds a little weird, but im 24 weeks pregnant and for the past 3 weeks ive have what it feels like a solid bb buttet just an inch or so above my trouser line on my right side about in the middle on my side and my belly button. it doesnt hurt to poke it but i try pinch it and it hurts, its not red or anything just like an inch of a cirle looking like its popping out my skin, its most definately not a spot (as everyones telling me it is!) its been there so long and wondered if anyone else had this and i doubt it but can it be anything to do with the baby? arnt seeing my midwife for atleast 5 6 weeks and its rather hard to explain to my midwife team over the phone as they can see or feel it :/ any help would be appreciated!
