Honey, YOU may just have to leave him physically. He IS on the lease so I don't think there's any legal way you can remove him from that without his consent. Granted, I believe he has to sign you off the lease, as well.

If he won't leave, then you leave. Find a studio to rent or friends to stay with. Anything is better than staying.

To be honest I understand where you are coming from when you say that you can't bear to find out more but, I would look out of curiosity to know I was making the right choice.
There is a difference between hanging out and cheating. (Not saying he shouldn't be honest about it, just saying there is in fact a difference).

If he's on the lease, I really don't think you can kick him out. You can get your own place and break the lease, but you will probably lose out on some or all of your security deposit.
