Temperature and excessive tiredness in 7 month old

Almost everyday my daughter gets a fever (unsure what exact is temperature is) and then it goes away . She just woke up after a three hour nap and now she is burning up , but shes acting fine . She is getting little rashes coming and going (maybe excema) .
But for now , what should I do ? I asked my mother in law and she said shes fine , but it's been going on too long . Should I take her to the hospital ?

You need to take her temp. Kids can feel like they are burning up and not have a fever at all. My daughter always feels warmer after a nap but no actual fever.

You need to take her temperature. If you don't have a thermometer, get one and take her temp rectally. I agree with PP sometimes my son used to be so warm waking up from a nap.

Maybe it might help to dress her in lighter clothes for naps?

The rash is probably just a heat rash from where she is heating up during her nap. My boys all felt warm in the AM and after naps. I wouldn't suggest taking her to the hospital. Unless you really want to expose her to all the sick kids that are there. If you are really worried call the pediatrician and see about getting her in there.

True. Heat rash, yes. Didn't even think of that.
