Feelings of guilt....

Hi ladies. I have a 6 year old DD and we just had our DS January 4th. Ever since I had him I have had this overwhelming feeling of guilt. I have no idea why. For example everyday I drop my DD off at school and I watch her go in the classroom I have this overwhelming feeling of guilt... I just want to cry. Or when DS is in his swing awake and content I look over at him and feel guilty. Why the heck do I feel like this? It's caused a lot of my anxiety to return for some reason... Does anybody else feel like this postpartum or do I have issues lol? Tia ladies...

That could be post partum depression. Just talk to your doctor. Your hormones went from crazy high to crazy low in a matter of seconds and they are still getting back in balance. Don't be embarrassed just make a appointment with your doctor, and if your doctor is also your babies pediatrition then you can work it in around the babies appointment.
