personally, the more i take care of myself, the better i feel.

it's really about YOU loving you.

also, working out (for me that = running a LOT) makes me feel like a total bad-ass, so that girls w/ longer legs, bigger tits, whatever that i'm lacking in some regard... no longer even bother me.

b/c i look at 'em and think, "yeah, you're a total fox, but can you keep up w/ me??"

so - self-esteem is now probably better than it's ever been, and it's not about how anyone else sees me, it's completely about how i see myself.

and that's really how it is for all of us.

back before i really whipped myself into shape, i'd ask nick those questions (like, if i were a little thinner or had bigger boobs would he think i was sexier) and he always said the same damned thing: "when YOU think you're sexy, i think you're sexy."

and he fell in love w/ me at my fattest, so i know he's not lying.

YES! My husband is so much more attracted to me when I have confidence in myself. I've been trying not to complain about myself to him because it turns him off. He's been really going out of his way to tell me I'm beautiful or sexy and it help so much. It also helps that he can't keep his hands off me. I'm definitely getting better. Now it's more that I want to lose weight so I can get back into my cute jeans! ;)
