this child support process sucks

I just got my paper work in the mail and my 5 month old isnt even on it just my 2 year old. i was on the phone with them for over an hour just to get my lo put on the child support as well. Also on my paper work it says paternity has been established but on my exs it says he has to do a paternity test. what the hell is this state doing. i just want all of this to be over with already and who knows how much longer it could take

damn thats stupid. I was told that in florida they go by minimum wage even if he doesnt have a job. I wish i knew what was going to happen

yea bd was getting unemployment thenbut eve nhis lawyer didn't know the amount so they just picked a stupid smurfing number. He was also a drug nark though.

My one friend was getting $12 a week. I don't know if the dad ended up signing off his rights though.
