Is it bad to eat peanut butter while pregnant?
seems to be a food I am craving a lot this pregnancy,
neither hubby nor I have any allergies to peanuts.
Thanks!

No. WIC gives pregnant women peanut butter while pregnant because it's a great source of protein.

of course you can have peanut butter. there are studies that show eating foods that are common allergy triggers can reduce the risk of allergies in your child

I craved PB & Nutella sandwhiches allll the time while I was pregnant! I have heard so many different things about eating PB while pregnant, but I am pretty sure it's okay because as far as I know WIC offers PB.
