Post MC charting - TTC

posted 12th Feb
Hubby and I are TTC after our miscarriage 1/20, and I am having a hard time ifugring out my body and chart. I know it's only been 3 weeks and will probably take some time but it dooesn't hurt to try anyway. I am wondering if anyone else has a chart they would be willing to let me see for the month following a MC so I can see the similarities and differences.

I have my MC as CD1. I am almost positive I O'd either CD 21 or CD22 but FF is saying I O'd CD19. I also had LH surges around CD 10-13 with no O, so I'm wondering if I actually did NOT O yet. :/

Here is my chart.

Here ya go. This month is the first normal cycle after and the month before is the long cycle that started with a m/c. I ovulated way late. So it can take a while unfortunately

Its very possible that your cycles will be messed up for a while, mine were. I thought I had ovulated a couple of times that first cycle and it turned out that I did not. be patient and try to relax. Easier said then done I know

Same here. My body attempted it a couple times immediately after the loss then this cycle didn't ovulate until the 3rd try.

I ended up with 6 months of no ovulation and had to start clomid. miscarriages smurf up my body

I miscarried a day before you and am in the same boat. I swear I've ovulated already but I'm so confused.

Thank you for sharing with me. <3

I am trying to be patient, it is just really frustrating.   I know I geared up to O once already, and I'm not sure if I actually did this time or not 'cause like I said I have the thermal shift but it's not a big difference like I see in most charts.

I had a m/c on the 12/12/12 & my levels are only on the verge of going back to normal 8 weeks post m/c grrr. I won't even know when CD1 is as HCG levels are at 4 iu/L as of today & it's creeping down really slowly.
If I just use say next Saturday as CD1 when will I need to use OPK's or should I just use them for all month just for this cycle to see if & when i'm about to ovulate as i've never had to monitor my cycle before as I was 29 day regular cycle before the m/c.

Oh wow! Is there a cause for them going down so slow, or is it just how your body handles it? Mine went down fast, thankfully. I dropped from 6,700 to 21 in a week and a half. :/ so I know I'm back to 0 as of last Thursday.
Personally, I started using my opk's as soon as I got them in the mail. I test once a day until the line starts getting darker, then I test twice a day. Ideal time is 2 pm, but never use first morning urine as it can give you a false positive!! When I test twice daily, I test at 2 pm and 8 pm. I tend to get my LH surge at night according to my OPKs. Goodluck!!

tbh I think it's just how my body's handling it. It's starting to annoy me now waiting as we just wanna start ttc asap but i'm just hoping my cycle springs back to regular 29 days again once it all returns back to normal but here's hoping lol.
Thanks for the info on OPK's as I had no idea how they worked lol

Good luck to you to xx

Awee   I know the feeling! Hopefully you can TTC again very soon!! Hubby and I were given the OK to try whenever we felt ready, so we decided not to wait. Now I'm stuck not knowing if i caught my egg or if my body is still just being weird, lol. My temps are still elevated, cervix high soft and closed, and spotting little bits but no clear + yet and I'm 912 dpo

Good luck and baby dust to you! xo

Awee yay, congrats! Sorry I didn't see this until now!
I wound up getting a faint + on Valentine's day, then AF showed on 2/22. So mine was chemical. but we're trying again this month!
