Yogurt and crackers. Thats pretty much what i lived on the first 3 months of my pregnancy. Everything else made me sick to my stomach just smelling it.

It was never 1 thing that settled my stomach everyday something else would work better. for me saltines and water, and eating small meals/snacks all day long to keep my stomach at ease. peppermint, and then i got some vitamin B pops from my doctors office that helped alot too.

For me cheese crackers. Actually if I didn't eat anything I would get really sick when I would first wake up, so I kept cheese crackerd by my bed to nibble on. Thankfully I am in the third trimester and the toilet hugging days are over with for me!
