Another baby?!?!

Not quite sure where to post this so im just going to post it here! I'm having my 4th and final ( i think) child in a few weeks. I've signed the papers for a tubal as soon as they complete my c-section. I am 26 and will have a 7 year old, 3 year old, 1 year old and a newborn. I feel like my family is complete and im 99.9% sure that i'm DONE having babies! The problem is that now that i'm getting so close i feel like I could be making the wrong choice. I know that i don't need anymore and i feel like i don't want anymore but there is a tiny peice of my heart that breaks when i think that there will be no more kicking babies, no more sweet smelling heads to kiss and no more first nights home from the hospital. But a bigger part of me is excited that im moving on past this stage. That there is an end in sight to diapers, sleepless nights and screaming toddlers! Am i crazy?! Has anyone else felt like this?

I'm not even there yet, just had my second, but I feel the same way. We were talking about stopping after 3, and I can't even think about it. It makes me so sad.

I was the complete opposite, I'm 25 and we have an almost 4 year old, a 2 year old and a 4 month old. From the very beginning of my last pregnancy I knew that was it. I am more than happy with our 3 kids and another child would just make it harder for me and my husband to do what we want to do with our lives and goals. And it would make it harder for us to provide for them all they need. I couldn't wait for the day of my surgery to finally arrive and now almost 4 months later I have absolutely no regret of getting my tubes burned.

I think we might be done. DH is fine getting snipped. Part of me is sad because I love the baby belly and the newborn smiles and the way they smell and being excited to find out the sex and everything that comes with it. But I like the thought of being able to easily manage our boys and give them more in life and be able to start planing things and not have to wait because we have a new baby.

We are having our third and final. Some days I *REALLY* want 1 more, but at 34 and my husband at 41, I know it is not in anyone's best interest for me to be popping out another person. I'm completely sad, because it makes me feel really old, but I think 3 w/ my only girl stuck in the middle is perfect. I'm scheduling the Essure implants at around 8 weeks PP.

This is my second and last pregnancy...I'm not having anymore kids..I'm 100% sure of this....I have absolutely no doubts...from even before we had this baby DH and I knew we only really wanted 2. It just turned out that we were lucky enough to have one boy and now one girl!...and we're making it "permanent" by DH getting a vasectomy...

we were too. until my daughter turned 2 and the baby bug hit in the worst way possible. I'm so happy my husband drug ass on his vasectomy.

I know im going to go through with it! I have to! There is so much i need to think about such as these 4 people that im totally responsible to care for and pay for! I have 2 of each and im sooo lucky! i just hate the idea of no more babies untill grandkids. but something about having a life and being able to piss alone and take a shower with out little people screaming or climbing in sounds amazing!

lmao..we have also settled on two because there is no way we can afford another "oopsy" baby..like we'll be able to give these two exactly what they want and need...if we added another baby in I think it would make things even harder..so that's why we're getting it done right after we have her...DH is gonna set up the appointment a few days after she's born and then no matter what we'll have to be more financially settled if we changed our minds!..

Funny story. Make sure it's a compelte one. My friends mom got preggo and her husband had one. She got preggo six years later.

Yeah, I told him I should get my tubes tied too just to make us on the super safe side and he was like "no, you won't get pregnant"..I can just see that conversation 4 years down the line "you had a vasectomy but I'm pregnant"....oh how the accusations will fly!..lmao..

but yeah, he's getting a complete vasectomy. We have 2 babies, we're lucky to have them and at such a young age(I'll be 23 when my daughter is born) we just want to be able to enjoy our kids now and since we are young parents I think we should just quit while we're ahead!..lol

Haha yeah...idk how that conversation would go haha she's 34 so they weren't planning anymore haha.

Yeah I don't wanna have babies my whole like I had Liam at 18 and hope to be done by 23 or 25.
